Description
A pioneering company in the food processing and food packaging industry is looking for a Human Resources Officer/Supervisor. Reporting to the General Manager/Human Resources Head, the candidate will spearhead, manage and implement the company's human resources policies and procedures. The Human Resources Officer/Supervisor will handle the daily HR operations such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training & development, and organizational development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Five (5) years related experience
Experience with HRIS systems or any payroll system
Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and mandatory issuances
Experience with start ups, an advantage
Excellent time management and communication skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and analytical
Willingness to be based in Pasig City
