JOB DESCRIPTION
OVERVIEW
The Human Resources Manager manages human resources and administrative departments by performing HRAD services. Serves as a link between management and employees by establishing and implementing human resources policies. Perform functions both strategic and operational including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and discipline. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
Recruitment and Selection 
 
Prepares job description 
Screens applications
Conducts interviews
Conducts onboarding for newly hired employee
 
 
Performance Evaluation
 
Ensures 100% performance appraisal against total employees
 
 
Training and Development
 
Conducts training needs analysis
Develops training and development program
Conducts training session
Will take the lead in the training of the company’s staff, accordingly. In order to bring to the next level the quality of service and welfare of the employees
Evaluate effectiveness of training conducted
 
 
Employee Relations
 
Ensures timely completion of IR process and cycle
Ensures timely resolution of employee disputes and grievances
 
 
HR Interdepartmental Support
 
Assisting managers with HR-related requirements
Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
 
 
Administrative Functions
 
Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
Oversees the premises maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
JOB QUALIFICATION
A graduate of B.S in Psychology or other related courses.
Strong background in all facets of human resources.
Strong background in the Labor Code of the Philippines.
