Job Description
Job Overview: An Human Resource Head is responsible for managing the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving Human Resource systems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Managing the recruitment and hiring process
Managing onboarding and ongoing training and development
Processing and safekeeping of Employee Personal Data (201 File)
Ensuring the on-time release of payroll and payment of government mandated benefits
Maintaining and proper documentation of pay plan and benefits program of the employees
Improvement of Company Policies and Employee Handbook
Managing employee and employer relationships
Creating programs and trainings for personal development and career advancement
Implementation of performance management systems including personal development plan and company targets through performance evaluation
Creating a rewarding company culture through Human Resource initiatives
Approval of recommended disciplinary action/s based on Employee Handbook
Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource management
