Role Summary:
Genesys Philippines is growing! We're looking for an HR Manager who is just as excited and motivated as we are about taking Philippines HR to the next level.
Reporting to the Philippines Head of HR, the HR Manager should have strong demonstratable experience in independently partnering with all levels of management to provide technical leadership, advice and recommendations on all aspects of Human Resources, including but not limited to, talent management, employee relations and compensation & benefits.
You will work closely with our Head of HR, to promote Genesys as an Employer of Choice; a collaborative workplace that is open to ideas & innovation, with the right people, capabilities, behaviors & mindset for the Genesys of today and tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports the full spectrum of our talent management priorities, including talent attraction, development, engagement and retention
Independently partners with department managers to understand their workforce plans and in turn be able to translate that to actionable HR plans
Manages all employee matters with a sense of urgency
Develop and analyze HR data & reports with appropriate actions for continuous planning and improvement, including reviews with department managers
Provides guidance on compensation/incentive matters
Conducts regular focus group discussions with actionable outcomes
Facilitates annual performance and compensation review processes in accordance to global guidelines
Identifies and leads HR projects proactively and when requested
Assists the Head of HR with the Employee Experience Survey including post-survey action plans
Designs and facilitates employee engagement activities within departments/site
Regularly reviews and recommends enhancements to existing HR processes
Conducts/Facilitates HR process trainings and webinars as required
Works with Talent Acquisition team to support growth and expansion
Partners with Training & Education to identify relevant department/site trainings
Drives Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in everything they do
Builds and maintains effective working relationships with the wider HR Team and cross functional relationships within the site
Builds relationships with external vendors and partners
Minimum Requirements:
A pro-active individual who is ready to drive their own HR career in Genesys both as an individual contributor and within a team environment
Able to work confidently and independently with all levels of management in a consultative and analytical capacity, and with a sense of urgency
Strong, hands-on HR business partnering experience. Able to apply Talent Acquisition, Training & Education, Compensation & Benefits and Data & Analytics knowledge to advise managers and employees.
Highly experienced in employee relations matters, including disciplinary guidance. A strong listener with the ability to provide guidance and documentation unique to each case, and ensure compliance to local legislation affecting labor and employment. Familiar with changes in the law and/or the external environment affecting the HR area of specialization to be able to recommend enhancement to internal processes to align with market and local legislation
Comfortable working with data & reports to support decision making
Has a working knowledge of global mobility particularly work visa processing
Significant experience in leading HR projects at a site or multiple sites
Successfully managed employee engagement events either in the capacity of developing ideas and/or forming committees. Experience hosting and/or organizing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion activities, highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science or Business
A tactical HR practitioner with 8+ years of Human Resources or Human Resources-related experience in multinational companies
Ability to influence
Takes a resourceful approach to managing ambiguity
Has the ability to connect the dots and see the big picture
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Regional experience, including supporting offshore managers, an advantage
