The role reports to the VP HR and is responsible for providing the full spectrum of HR support to Trustwave's cyber security business in the Philippines. He/She will also work with the respective HR Centre of Excellences (COEs) teams and HR Shared Services team to implement various HR initiatives, support the HR function, and provide day to day HR support.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Provide support and coordination in the annual HR exercises including but not limited to annual Performance Review cycle, Salary Review cycle, employee engagement survey as well as manpower planning and budgeting exercise. Ensure high quality deliverables are completed in a timely and effective manner.
Coach leaders on creating a culture that mirrors Trustwave's values, Leadership Essentials Framework, and commitment to DEI.
Support business directors and managers on training and development to build competencies and capabilities required for the business.
Work closely with line directors, managers and finance team to plan, track and manage headcounts and total manpower costs within budgets.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, perform analysis and provide insights to the relevant stakeholders. Use data to identify areas of under-performance or areas where more HR support is needed.
Work with the line manages in managing retirement and re-employment cases, disciplinary and performance issues.
Provide advice to line managers on HR related matters in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
Manage and draft local company policies, guidelines and materials
Build collaborative partnership with HR COEs and HR Shared Services on HR initiatives or projects.
Provide ongoing support to the VP of HR on any assigned tasks and projects.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management or related degrees
3 to 5 years of HR generalist or business partnering experience
Meticulous, good attention to details and numbers
Highly proficient in MS Excel application
Well-versed in local employment regulations and laws
Strong operational and execution capability
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude and high learning agility
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced working environment
Education:
College diploma or equivalent is required for employment.
