Executes induction process for selected candidates for hiring.
Provides support in recruitment, people management, training, and compensation & benefits section as needed.
Assists in the formulation and delivery of human resource strategies, programs, policies, and procedure.
Monitors and facilitates employee movements and records.
Graduate of any Behavioral Science-related course
Experience in handling recruitment is an advantage
Good oral & written communication skills
Willing to be deployed either in Makati or Alabang
