Your key responsibilities: Manage the team of Advisors by implementing a right mechanism to stay on top of the team's deliverables with governance and business coverage Continuously increase the knowledge of the team with regards to organization and program changes so that the daily operations of the team runs smoothly Provide direction, support and guidance to direct reports on operational matters Conduct regular one to ones, career discussions, feedback sessions, coaching to develop their capability to achieve high performance Focus on continuousinitiatives on standardization, process improvement and alignmentto homes of best fit to ensure capacity for new / additional work Build relationships with stakeholders and networks within the organization by managing Regional HR Management stakeholders and point of contact for Country HR Head and Functional HR Teams Actively understand stakeholder requirements and deliver this at the soonest possible time by building and maintaining relationships with Division, Country and Functional HR Teams e.g., DBOI Leads Instill positive control culture and overall team technical capabilities Your skills and experience Experience in the different products of Human Resources especially in Business Advisory, with strong knowledge in HR policies and processes Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, required to converse with clients from various locations and cultures across the APAC region Strong people and stakeholder management skills Strong coaching and mentoring skills Ability to create innovative and agile solutions to process improvements and bottlenecks Possess intellectual curiosity to stay abreast of organisational changes, strategies, structures and objectives What we'll offer you Competitive Salary Attractive Retirement Benefit Medical and Life Insurance upon employment 20 days Annual Vacation Leaves Our values define the working environment we strive to create - diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
