Your key responsibilities
Support the people strategy of the business by providing expert advice on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and HR programs, policies
Support talent management and performance improvement processes
Manage the execution of restructuring initiatives and consequence management framework
Manage compensation processes such as the annual fixed pay and variable pay exercise, off cycle adjustments , compensation audits , recognition and retention awards
Complete requests for terminations, restructuring, off-boarding and adhoc compensation changes
Implement continuous process improvement through a collaborative culture
Your skills and experience
Experience in an HR Advisory or related advisory role and possesses a deep knowledge of the HR lifecycle
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, required to converse with clients from various locations and cultures across the APAC region
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build effective relationships with colleagues
Willingness to work in a virtual environment and has the ability to use various channels e.g. phone, Skype video, email, chat to pro-actively engage with clients
Possess a genuine client focus and be able to adapt personal style to ensure clients queries are managed efficiently and professionally
Ability to manage and diffuse conflict as, and when, they occur
Ability to analyse requests, queries, assumptions methodically to make sound judgement and achieve the best outcome for the client
Ability to create innovative and agile solutions to process improvements, bottlenecks etc
Possess intellectual curiosity to stay abreast of organisational changes, strategies, structures and objectives
