Qualifications:
- Educated to Degree level in a business-related field (Bachelor's / College Degree), Human Resources or related field.
- With at least 2-3 years related experience (HR Generalist)
- Proven ability to demonstrate good analytical, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent statistical, numerical, and presentation skills.
- Strong analysis and process orientation skills required.
- Must be able to discover/anticipate problems that may arise in administrative practices, contracts and policies.
- Must be detailed oriented - with strong attention to accuracy and problem solving.
- Must be customer-service oriented with ability to follow up, resolve and close all issues in a timely manner.
- A positive attitude and a willing team player at all levels, possessing the ability to work cross functionally with other support functions and operations as well external entities.
- Strong organizational, project management and execution skills are needed, along with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high quality work in a timely fashion in a fast-paced environment
