Monitoring and handling of career succession planning needs supporting and providing guidance on the promotion processes during the annual performance appraisal cycle. Facilitate feedback processes for implemented company policies, employee engagement, and employee input initiatives and action plans. Analyzes data, trends, and reports to determine causes of unit problems and counsel continuous improvement recommendations . Generate reports as requested (i.e. weekly program reports, special studies, etc.). Promote positive employee relations. Qualifications Must a college graduate. Must have at least 3 years of related work experience. Strong communication and presentation skills necessary to build effective working relationships. Ability to execute fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner on a tight schedule. Amenable to work in Makati City.
