Job Description
We are looking for an HR Business Partner with expertise in performance management & employee relations:
This role will lead the management of service delivery to the business units while ensuring alignment to the HR Strategies. Provide coaching and mentoring to the leaders and localize countrywide engagement programs. Ensure regular reporting with leaders on accomplishments, metrics, and key insights.
This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner
Overall
Guide business leaders in the facilitation of the performance management system
Take an active role in the execution of the Talent Strategy
Participate in structuring compensation and benefit packages
Handle resolution of all high-level, critical internal employee relations cases and addresses grievances
Consult with business leaders and provides daily HR guidance to meet business goals
Performs support activities to contribute to the implementation of HR strategies.
Supports the day-to-day transactional matters related to recruiting, on-boarding, transfers, relocations, and separations.
Supports the execution of HR processes in conjunction with leaders, directors, HR including performance management, year-end compensation and promotion process, recruitment, headcount planning and reporting, and other corporate initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' experience in Business Partnering
At least 5 years' experience in Technology or BPO organizations
Excellent Communication skills & Stakeholder Management
Proficient in Data Analysis
Work Location: One E-Com, Mall of Asia Grounds, Pasay City
