FHI 360/Philippines is in search of candidates for HR ASSOCIATE position to join the USAID-funded "TB Innovations and Health Systems Strengthening" project in the Philippines to be based at the TB Innovations Office in Makati City.
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Associate will provide employee and Human Resources staff support in several functional areas including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, timekeeping & payroll, and training & development. Maintains hardcopy and softcopy of staff files. Serves as initial point of contact for employees with HR-related questions.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides administrative support to the HR team in multiple areas.
Ensures all required documents for Staff Requisition Process are complete and ready for obtaining final approval. Coordinate and prepare necessary paperwork (e.g Consultant Request, Approval of SOW, Contract) to hire consultants as per FHI 360 policy.
Follows the Global FHI 360's recruitment, selection and hiring process and procedure to ensure that the recruitment, selection and hiring processes are performed in accordance with FHI 360 HR Policy requirement.
Processes forms and system updates related to new hires, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits changes, separations etc. Ensures employee data is accurate.
May conduct new-hire orientation and may assist with separation process.
Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in all facets of Human Resources in an international non-governmental organization (INGO) setting.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and HRIS.
Working knowledge of Human Resources Management
Knowledge of USAID systems is an advantage.
