Human Resources Assistant

Hiring managers will provide guidance on flexible work arrangements in accordance with country-specific safety policies.

POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Assistant will provide support to the HR Officer in carrying out recruitment activities, hiring, and updating documents for delivering HR recruitment and hiring services in line with CI, CIP policies, and the applicable Phillippine laws and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support in the recruitment process such as posting of the job ad, initial shortlisting of candidates, scheduling of interviews, and collating of selection process documents.
Assist during onboarding of new employees.
Maintains confidentiality and integrity of human resources files and records.
Keep track of pre-employment requirements. Create a hard and soft copy of 201 files and update them.
Ensure that employment contracts are fully signed and notarized.
Liaise with government agencies such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and Philhealth to process updating of employee records. Works with the HR Officer to implement updates, if any.
Monitor leave filed and leave taken.
Other duties as assigned by the HR Officer related to recruitment and hiring services.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This position is based in Quezon City, Philippines.
Typical office environment.
With occasional travel to support the project/s.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Up to 2 years of related work experience in providing administrative support.
General knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code.
Proficiency with MS Office, Google Mail, and web researching skills.
Excellent organization and communication skills. Ability to prioritize, manage, and complete high-volume tasks by deadlines.
Service focus. Courteous, tactful, and proven ability to work effectively with others.
Ability to work under general supervision and take initiative to solve problems under the supervisor's direction.
Preferred
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or any related course.
