This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting the Global Human Resources function to ensure all aspects of the department and the employee experience run smoothly.
HR Admin Role:
Assist and support HR and leadership team with clerical tasks
Facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding as needed
Track the Onboarding/Offboarding checklist for all new hires and exiting employees
Assist with recruiting efforts through candidate outreach and interview scheduling
Compile interview feedback and maintain job folders
Reviews and edits HR documents including employee communication tools, policies and procedures and training material
Responds to employee emails for basic HR transactions (payroll changes, personal information change, insurance questions, etc.)
Works with Learning & Development to ensure employee training goals are being met as well as developing new content
Participate and support other HR and company projects as related to HR data, systems, policies and processes
Other tasks as assigned
Skills:
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Development and other related courses.
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
1-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting required
Knowledgeable in Office Suite
Some knowledge of core HR business processes and terminology
Must be effective at handling and resolving employee escalations
Project coordination skills a plus!
Must have strong computer skills and the ability to learn Bamboo HR HRIS
Possess outstanding communication skills including high attention to detail
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to attend meetings/calls
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism with outgoing personality
Maintains a high level of confidentiality in all matters
