Job Description:
Source relevant candidates for specific roles according to its requirements; selecting competent, suitable and qualified crew.
Conducts initial screening of applicant's documents per entry standard.
Manage the pool/database of candidates ensuring availability of applicants at any given time.
Disseminate and update all concerned on relevant information concerning recruitment policies and procedures.
Provides timely information or feedback to principal and maintains continuous communication; pays keen attention to their staffing needs.
Provide timely information or feedback to the applicants about the status of their application.
Responsible for Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Discipline, and Performance Management facets of HR.
Attend to employees request or issues and assists in other HR related tasks.
Handles DOLE, SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-ibig Compliance.
Qualifications:
 
ESSENTIAL:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent. Significant direct sourcing and networking experience.
Strong experience of assessing and selecting the best possible applicant.
Strong experience with Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
Must be willing to work on site.
DESIRABLE:
Preferably with relevant experience in manning industry as Recruitment Officer/Onboard experience Officer in Charge Deck/Engine in relevant industry is an advantage.
Salary Range: 15,000 - 20,000
Time of Work: 9am to 6pm
Rest Days Schedule: Sat and Sun
