Collect bi-monthly timesheets.
Process payroll, ensuring its accuracy and delivering it to employees on time
Process payroll credit in Digibanker.
Calculating salaries and applying appropriate deductions.
Report payroll expenses.
Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
Answer queries about compensation, benefits and taxes.
Assist with employee loan applications.
Processes applications of payroll ATMs.
Safekeeping, updating attendance records, and preparing salary expense summaries.
Safekeeping of 201 files, computing 13th-month pay, withholding tax and salary adjustment.
Preparation and computation of final pay for resigned employees.
Prepare Alphalist 2316, 1601C, and 1601E.
Liaison/Company Representative in SSS, PHIC, HDMF,BIR (all related in Statutory Benefits).
Other Duties:
Assist/Organize all company activity of the company such as company Outings or Team Building, Company Anniversaries, Halloween Party, Christmas Party, etc.
Any assigned tasks by management.
