Technical Duties:
Ensure accurate and timely implementation of Payroll Process thru HRIS-Payroll Module
Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of monthly government remittances such as SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG and Income Tax Withheld.
Ensure on-time payment and posting of monthly government remittances such as SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG and Income Taxes in accordance to set payment date of government agencies.
Ensure timely processing of Alphalist/ 2316 and submisison to BIR.
Facilitate the computation of SLVL Cash Conversion, 13th Month Pay, Final Dues and validation of Salary Loan/ Vale of concerned employee.
Issues and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
Assist Payroll section by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
Administrative Duties:
Monitors new Wage Order issued by NWPC and DOLE and coordinates with the team for implementation.
Performs other tasks assigned from time to time by HRO Manager/ HCD Director.
Other Support Duties:
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): payroll, labor law, Tax.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
