HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Qualifications:
Graduate of any bachelor's degree, preferably BS/AB Psychology
Experienced in all facets of HR functions such as end to end hiring procedure, trainings, payroll, compensation, and benefits
Familiar with Labor Laws of the Philippines
Effective employee relations, handling of grievances and exit interview
Teambuilding and Outsourcing existence
Has the ability to handle employee motivation and retention
Well verse with performance appraisal management.
With at least 5 years' experience in HR related work
Has the willingness to learn new things and adopt new culture.
