HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
 
Job Description:
Recruitment process, conduct, posting and hiring of employees. Interview and select strong applicants.
Handle employee orientation and training.
Recommend for suspension and termination of employees.
Writes memorandums, notices for regulatory standards.
File correctly of contract of all employees.
Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation and benefits and company's code of conduct.
Ensures that policies are uniformly and consistently enforced of applied.
Analyzing, collecting, organizing and updating employee data.
Facilitates in Performance Appraisal for employees.
Attends to NLRC cases.
Perform all other duties and functions that EMPLOYER may assign to her from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
Must have at least 1 year experience in the same field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Has the ability to think strategically and solve problems
