Qualifications:
Graduate of BS/AB Psychology
Experienced in all facets of HR functions such as end to end hiring procedure, trainings, payroll, compensation and benefits, etc.
Familiar with Labor Laws
Effective employee relations, handling of grievances and exit interview
Teambuilding and Outsourcing existence
Employee motivation and retention
Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
With at least 3 years experience in HR related work
Must be Detailed and Goal oriented
