Job Description:
 
Implements and monitors compliance of Company Policies and guidelines. Responsible in various HR and admin functions including recruitment, compensation and  benefits, employee relations, labor relations, and training.
 
Job Requirements:
Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, Management Operations, and or any administrative or business related course.
Must have at least 3 years of related experience.
Must have a pleasing personality.
Experience in all facets of Human Resource ( recruitment and replacement, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development)
Exposure in real estate industry is an advantage.
Posses satisfactory decision making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal and ethical conduct skill.
Must be people oriented and highly flexible.
