HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of proven managerial experience in Human Resources or a similar leadership role.
Hands-on experience with HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent development.
Experience in developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance in areas such as employment standards, workplace safety, and diversity initiatives.
Experience managing HR projects and initiatives, including change management, policy implementation, and employee engagement programs.
Ability to leverage data for HR analytics and decision-making.
Strong decision-making, well organized, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
