HR Manager Qualifications:
Requirements:
2-5 years in supervisory or management position
Native fluency in country language, upper intermediate English level
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong leadership skills

JOB SUMMARY
The HR Manager guides and manages the operations of HR services, policies, and programs. The job responsibilities include planning, coordinating and directing the company's recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with regulatory concerns, policy development and documentation, and organizational planning and development.
FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, processes and procedures
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process by identifying hiring needs, and evaluating, interviewing and selecting applicants.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and employee benefits
Plan and coordinate programs and activities for employee safety, welfare, wellness, health and recreation
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
Coordinate with managers and supervisors to resolve staffing issues such as understaffing, refereeing disputes, and administering disciplinary procedures
Represent the company at labor-related hearings and investigations
Advise managers and staff on organizational policy matters
Maintain records and update trackers concerning personnel-related data such as 201 files, hires, performance appraisals, and disciplinary issues
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Nurture a positive working environment
