What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced and seasoned Human Resource Manager who has a proven track record in supporting and growing the business through our most important asset-our employees. As an HR Manager, you will oversee the coordinating and planning of policies that affects the whole employee lifecycle.
Role Responsibilities
Build and develop HR systems and processes
Perform tasks required to execute HR programs such as: employee leaves, disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity; occupational health and safety
Design and implement an effective Employee Retention and tailor-fit Benefits Administration Program
Create HR programs and initiatives that would help enhance the company culture
Maintain and update the employee handbook, as well as recommending, developing, and revising policies and procedures
Communicates new policies and procedures by explaining changes, answering questions, while maintaining morale
Handles employment-related inquiries from employees, referring complex and sensitive matters to the appropriate heads of departments
Attends, participates and oversees disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
Ensure the application of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources and talent management
Prepares employee separation notices and documentation; conducts exit interviews
Involvement in the development and Updating of job descriptions for all positions in consultation with the leadership team
Maintain employee personnel records
Develop, analyze, update and conduct the performance appraisal and evaluation process
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Required
Degree in Human Resources, or related field required, with 5+ years of HR experience in a managerial role
Has actual experience in building an efficient and seamless HR department
Must be a people person and able to look beyond analytics, and is attuned to employee concerns
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Accomplished in creating, implementing and executing best human resource practices
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal, active listening and conflict resolution skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven knowledge in the following: Hiring, Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Talent Management and Training & Development
Proficient in Microsoft Office, GSuite and proprietary HRIS
Able to multitask while efficiently managing priorities
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Pays strict attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
