Demand Science Cebu is looking for a Human Resource Manager who will be responsible in managing overall HR site operations and develop solutions to support the organization's business goals.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Ensures alignment of processes with the Talent Acquisition Team in terms of approval of job requisitions.
Timely release of job offers and contracts to applicants.
Compensation and Benefits Management
Ensures compliance to set standards on benefits and salary scale as mandated by the government
Studies and assesses employee benefit needs and trends
Recommends continuous improvement of employee benefit programs to Management based on trends and employee feedback.
Administers, manages, and evaluates company-initiated employee benefit programs
Performance Management
Contributes to the continuous development of Performance Management System policy in partnership with Performance Management team
Ensures effective implementation and compliance to Performance Management policy
Consolidates performance reviews
Attends to issues pertaining to performance of employees in compliance to the company's 3MR System.
Labor Relations
Establishes and develops HR-initiated company policies
Ensures that existing policies are thoroughly explained and uniformly administered in all aspects of the operations
Ensures adherence and compliance to company's code of conduct
Ensures that the company is compliant with the labor laws
Collaborates with department leaders to ensure that decisions for progressive discipline actions are aligned with the company policies and labor standards
Conducts analysis and review of consequence management policy
Ensures that company's guidelines, procedures, and policies are updated
Facilitates conflict resolution within the organization
Attends relevant forums, seminars, and conferences
Business Partnering
Acts as strategic partner of the site Management in achieving organizational objectives/goals
Coordinates with site HR Managers and ensures alignment of HR policies
Attends Management meetings to ensure goals alignment
Analyzes trend on attrition, absenteeism for employee retention
Employee Engagement
Establishes, develop, and evaluates employee engagement programs
Manages site employee engagement budget in coordination with site Management
Promotes a positive corporate culture and values for employees
Conducts and analyzes organizational climate survey to all employees to identify organizational needs
Contributes to the ongoing development and improvement of rewards and recognition initiatives in the company.
People Management
Conducts team meetings, feedback sessions, and one-on-one on a regular basis
Conducts coaching session with team members
Fosters teamwork through team buildings and other recreational activities
Requirements:
Graduate in bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or any related field
1 year of relevant experience as HR Manager or 5 years as HR Business Partner with experience in the tasks above.
Strong understanding of Labor Laws and General Labor Standards
Demonstrated experience in different areas of HR: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Employee
Engagement, Compensation and Benefits
Demonstrated experience in people management and conflict/dispute management
