Tasks assigned to him/her in the areas of recruitment, performance management, personnel movement, timekeeping, employee discipline, benefit administration, employee relations, company certifications and others.
Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management for any related course
Have at least 1 to 2 years experience in the HR
Analytical and strategic skills, high skills in qualitative and quantitative data management
Ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
