As the HR Officer, you will be mainly providing assistance to a range of HR functions, primarily assisting with recruiting and screening new applicants for or fast-growing organisation. You will source applicants, screen resumes for existing job openings, and assist with our interview processes. You will also conduct reference checks for our shortlisted applicants. Along with recruitment and selection tasks, you will also be assisting in payroll preparation and staff monitoring by providing relevant data and reports. You will also be assisting with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties as well as provide clerical and administrative support to the Chief People Officer.
This role will suit a person that is well-organised, strives to exceed expectations and consistently meets deadlines. You will also be a smart, efficient multi-tasker with great people and communication skills.
Work-From-Home arrangement will be implemented while the quarantine is in place. This is a full time position.
What You Will Do:
Timely filling up of open/vacant positions within the prescribed period.
Compile and update employee records.
Ensuring quality hires for all vacant positions.
Timely preparation of documents and other data needed for recruitment and payroll preparation.
Process Finance and Accounting-related requests and procurement requests
Autonomous and timely execution of all key areas of responsibility with minimal need for direction and supervision.
Consistent and regular communication with Key stakeholders (President, HR, other Managers etc.) on status and any complications in meeting key areas of responsibility.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree
Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
Has excellent written & verbal communication skill
Has keen attention to detail
Has knowledge with office management systems & procedures
