Responsible to conduct and HR hour with the employees.
Responsible for coaching and mentoring of each employee who needs support.
Responsible for collaborating with the managers in terms of performance appraisal.
Responsible for appraisal monitoring and following up.
Responsible to check the timekeeping.
Responsible for training and development (proposal and tracing the progress).
Responsible for recruitment such as sourcing, interviewing, sourcing, sending an offer and onboarding.
Responsible for any Ad-hoc tasks that might come along the way.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
At least 4-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
Required Skill(s): recruitment, labor relations, timekeeping, training and development;
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
