JOB QUALIFICATION
A. Education
A graduate of any four-year course preferably in Psychology or Human Resource Management, or any equivalent discipline in business administration, industrial and organizational field
B. Type of Experience & Length of Time Required
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
C. Core Skill / Specialized Technical Skill / Special Talents Required
Highly Organized
Has ability to maintain discretion
Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively and patiently
Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities to meet deadlines
With good written and communication skills, flexible in handling people in the organization
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and other similar tools
Willing to work on weekends and holidays, as needed
JOB SUMMARY
The HR Generalist oversees all human resources duties, from company policies to employee relations. He/She is responsible in the recruitment, screening, interviewing and placing of workers. He/She handles employee relations, benefits, compliances and keeps employee records and other pertinent documents updated, complete and confidential at all times.
SALARY RANGE: 14,000 - 25,000
