HUMAN RESOURCE ASSOCIATE
 
Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology , Human Resource Management or any Behavioral courses
With at least 2 year-experience in the field of HR 
Able to handle all functions of HR and legal processes and management records
Highly organized, results-oriented, and a team player
Able to relate to all levels of the organization and with good planning
Must have proven organizational and interpersonal skills, and must be discrete and can maintain strict confidentiality
Has mature disposition at work
Well versed in MS Office especially report preparation and presentation programs

2 to 4 Years Experience
