Job Description
We are Hiring HR/Admin Assistant (office-based/onsite)
HR / Admin Assistant who’s ready to wear many hats.
This role covers a mix of HR and administrative tasks — from hiring and onboarding field staff, to assisting with payroll, benefits, and employee records. Since we’re a lean team, we also need someone who’s comfortable helping with day-to-day admin errands like answering tenant inquiries, coordinating with suppliers, preparing reports, and keeping things running smoothly in the office.

We’re a small but growing property management company looking for an onsite reliable and proactive
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle – including recruitment, screening, deployment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and offboarding – ensuring smooth transitions aligned with project needs.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support productivity, compliance, and workplace conduct.
Coordinate payroll processes, and monitor daily attendance and leave records.
Maintain accurate and updated employee files including contracts, certifications, and statutory requirements.
Provide HR advisory support to supervisors and field staff on personnel-related matters.
Handle government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth), including timely documentation and submission.
Coordinate with site engineers and foremen on staffing schedules and field deployment.
Track project documentation such as permits, logs, and safety checklists.
Monitor petty cash, supplies, and support basic administrative reporting.
Perform general admin tasks such filing, inventory tracking, front-desk coordination, as answering inquiries, and assisting with ad hoc errands.
Qualifications:
College graduate (HRM, Psychology, Business Admin, or equivalent)
With experience in recruiting construction workers and field personnel
At least 2 years of HR/admin experience, ideally in a project-based or field-heavy company
Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, Word
Strong attention to detail, communication, and documentation
Willing to visit sites when needed
Can start ASAP
