COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
-Answer employee queries on compensation and benefits matters.
-Assist employees in their records update to the different government agencies (i.e. update/additional dependent, change in status, transfer of records, etc).
-Ensure that all company advances paid to the employees (Maternity and Sickness related claims) are reimbursed from SSS.
-Prepare and communicate information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
-Responsible for processing loan applications and benefits.
-Maintain a master list of all employees, active and in-active.
-Maintain filing and similar systems used by the HRD Group to ensure that information is readily accessible.
DOCUMENTATION
-Process documentation and prepare reports relating personnel activities (recruitment, performance evaluation, etc).
-Maintain filing and similar systems used by the HRD Group to ensure that information is readily accessible.
GENERAL HC SUPPORT
-Proactively develop, update and maintain Human Capital correspondence, letters documentation, forms, templates etc. to ensure we implement and maintain best practice -HC procedures and compliant data management.
-Coordination and administration of all Human Capital forms, templates and standards letters required.
-Contribute to the development, implementation and communication of Human Capital policies, procedures, and forms.
-Prepare and submit Human Capital reports regularly.
