The Role
As a Human Capital Management Project Manager, you will be responsible in managing project deliverables from the HCM business including process solutioning, identification of business resources needed to support the project, resolution of issues/concerns related to business, process UAT, sign-off and acceptance of process documentation, at a minimum. You will also be the business point of contact for HR projects.
How you will contribute
Lead HCM requirements with varying complexity across different types of projects such as but not limited to launching of new HCM system, systems integration, outsourcing of services and operational efficiency improvements
Manage Project Working Team (PWT) of various sizes, both internal and external resources, and chairs regular meetings with PWT and Program Sponsor / Steering Committee (PSC) to review progress on overall delivery plan in relation to scope, cost and schedule, and project risks/issues/dependencies/changes.
Work with provider on a launch plan. This could include dedicated support from the provider, especially in the early days when many new users need assistance.
Development of Project Plan Documents, which contains project charter, integration plan, resource plan, risk and change management, and other related project management governance artifacts.
Manages project backlog and requirements with Scrum Master & Vendor team
Triggers escalation , reviews and deep dives
Deliver resource allocation - capacity requirements
Deliver expense approval requirements
Works with business lead to keep deliverables on track
Plans and implements stakeholder management
Coordinates with ITPM to ensure business requirements are in sync with IT deliverables
Employment Duration is for 6 months to 1 year
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Engineering, or any related field.
With at least 4 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial, Process Design & Control, Project Management / Business Analysis, Agile/Scrum.
Project Management Professional or Scrum Master certifications are an advantage.
Knowledge of business analytics, business/micro-economics, scrum methodology, lean, and project management.
Project management skills; communication skills; problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate effectively across business units, internal and external; able to improve processes; able to execute business user requirements.
