Control the all activities, facilities, manpower and equipment to work efficiently and control loss & damaged.
Analyze all problems and performance to prepare reports and purpose solutions for solving problems, cost control and improve work efficiency.
Manage manpower of team including staff scheduling, performance evaluation, operational resource support in order to work smoothly and efficiently.
Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current position whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future
Follow up the new technique and analyze overall problem of Hub Operations in order to improve effective strategies and working processes.
Other tasks as assigned.
Bachelor degree or higher in course related to logistics, Supply chain or related fields.
At least 3-5 years working experience in Hub Operation, Express industry or related fields.
Strong computer skills, especially in excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and Power point.
Communicate in English or Chinese is a plus.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good managerial skill, mature, proactive, highly responsible, adaptable and result oriented.
Analytical skills.
Flexibility working hours.
