This roles works closely with IC sourcing.
Once an applicant is endorsed to this role, the applicant is periodically communicated with to follow-up on the requirements required from the applicant. Part of this role is to guide the applicant on how to secure the requirements. In assisting to secure the requirements for an IC, this role should refer the applicants to known contact persons, LGUs, BIR, etc. The IC tracking tool should be updated on progress of ICs completing their requirements.
Once IC has complete the requirements, the application is then prepared for contract preparation. After contract preparation is completed the application is forwarded to appropriate approving officers for contract signing, at this stage IC Admin and Care is also informed/copied in email. At this stage the application is already endorsed to next step which is handled by IC Admin and Care.
Last, responsibility of IC requirements is to provide feedback to the IC in case there are requirement which are incomplete or not acceptable after going through approval process. The application becomes responsibility of IC requirements again, until further requirements are completed. Other responsibilities as follows:
Contact and follow-up with applicant
Join IC caravans and gather IC applications
Source for ICs using social media.
Requirements:
Must have at least a 2 years of college education (not required to have graduated).
Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Sheets.
Proficient in using emails, social media chat groups, Viber, Whatsapp, etc
Experience in BPO/Call Center is an advantage.
Can speak local and regional dialect of his/her assigned area.
Experience in mass sourcing and hiring of personnel is an advantage
