Manage day to day operations within the hub using the daily performance report, track record of high performance, and team improvement
Ensures procedures and regulations are being followed through
Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with the staff, regular meeting on performance
Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
Improve internal process between the hub and the rest of the Operations team in order to improve SLA
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields
Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a logistics or hub environment
Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain and Logistics industry
Experienced in e-commerce fulfillment
