Job Description:<\/h3><\/div>
Assists in the day-to-day hub operation (both last mile and first mile activities), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving of in-transit parcels, and inventory control. <\/li>
Conducts team briefing and documents minutes of the meeting <\/li>
Supports in monitoring the hub's performance by ensuring high productivity levels and Hub KPI's are efficiently met.<\/li>
Creates, reviews and validates reports of the Hub<\/li>
Assists Customer Support team in call outs to solve Customer support escalations<\/li>
Implements process improvement initiatives & projects geared towards increasing Hub productivity<\/li>
Handle payment transactions and other payment processes <\/li>
Coordinates with agency coordinators in overseeing agency teams <\/li>
Other tasks related to the operations of the Hub <\/li><\/ul>
<\/p>
Requirements:<\/h3><\/div>
Bachelor's Degree Holder<\/li>
At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.<\/li>
Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment<\/li>
Experience in payments processing or similar function<\/li>
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)<\/li>
Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster<\/li>
Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules<\/li>
Must have a continuous learning mindset able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations<\/li><\/ul>

<\/span><\/p>Essential Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, adeptly addressing inquiries, delivering product information, and managing order processing. <\/span><\/li>Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide crucial support in achieving sales objectives and targets. <\/span><\/li>Professionally and promptly respond to customer inquiries through diverse channels such as phone, email, and chat, consistently delivering accurate information and effective solutions.
<\/span><\/li>Utilize telemarketing techniques to initiate conversations with potential customers, highlighting our products value propositions and benefits. <\/span><\/li>Conduct proactive appointment setting, scheduling calls or meetings for the sales team to present our offerings. <\/span><\/li>Respond to all customer inquiries and requests for additional equipment needs, ensuring that the total dollar value of new equipment does not exceed $10,000.
For requests over $10,000, liaise with the company's Sales team for follow-up. <\/span><\/li>Collaborate with the NOC representatives to handle all Break-fix calls, ensuring seamless resolution without involving inside sales. <\/span><\/li>Investigate hotel network installation dates and assess if property requires an upgrade.
Discuss findings with the customer and transition the opportunity to the designated sales representative (as noted in CRM). <\/span><\/li>Manage all license renewals before their expiration date, guaranteeing uninterrupted service for our valued customers. <\/span><\/li>Proactively prospect for the Sales team by initiating customer contact.
<\/span><\/li>Reach out to property General Managers (GMs) within Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, identifying properties in need of upgrades and whose contracts have expired. Offer to arrange meetings with the Regional Sales Manager aligned with the property.
<\/span><\/li>Engage with the company's current Hilton UnoNet customers, addressing their requirements and discussing potential upgrades or additional services. <\/span><\/li><\/ul>Qualifications And Requirements<\/h3>Demonstrable experience in customer service, sales support roles, telemarketing, and appointment setting is highly advantageous.

Discuss findings with the customer and transition the opportunity to the designated sales representative (as noted in CRM). <\/span><\/li>Manage all license renewals before their expiration date, guaranteeing uninterrupted service for our valued customers. <\/span><\/li>Proactively prospect for the Sales team by initiating customer contact.
<\/span><\/li>Reach out to property General Managers (GMs) within Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, identifying properties in need of upgrades and whose contracts have expired. Offer to arrange meetings with the Regional Sales Manager aligned with the property.
