Key Responsibilities
Manages the day to day team activities and ensures the achievement of individual and team objectives as per agreed targets.
Accountability for the process of one or more operators delivering quality results based on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements and has responsibility for the development of his/her direct reports in terms of technical and soft skills competency.
Has a good knowledge of Customer Tender and Drafting requirements of Key Clients.
Drives a lean and effective process through process improvement initiatives and best practice sharing and implementation.
Manages relationships with internal and external partners through regular engagement and handling of their day to day transactions.
