Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Planning
Performs Monthly Supply-Demand alignment to develop and publish 3 quarters rolling Optimized Delivery Plan, considering:
Factory Capacity
Product Roadmap
Power Roadmap
Maintains weekly ODP reporting considering:
Regional change requests
Factory actualization
Logistics schedules
Collaborates with Sales Ops and Demand Planning to optimize Maxeon revenue and maintain inventory level target
Engagement with Maxeon Executive Management team on supply allocation and demand prioritization based on profitability and sustainability
Maintain Good to Go Masterfile, submitting to HSPV on weekly basis
MDS Creation to load E2PR and ODP view
Resolves roadblocks which delay module delivery schedules and optimizes delivery schedules to anticipate unforeseen conditions
Analyzes Modco site issues and provides cost-effective and expedient recommendations/solutions
Purchasing
Blanket Purchase Agreement creation, submission and on-going maintenance, based on SIOP approved volume plan
Maintain transfer price book, working with Supply Chain and China Finance teams
Perform monthly True Up analysis with China Finance and HSPV teams
Provide weekly outgoings view to finance based on ODP updates
Minimum Qualifications
BS Engineering or Supply Chain graduate preferred
Minimum 5 years experience in Operations & Planning
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive knowledge in Supply Chain Management
Extensive knowledge in Master Production Planning
Extensive knowledge in Supply - Demand Management/SIOP
Extensive knowledge in Inventory Management and Control
Well developed analytical and problem solving skills.
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within all levels of the organization
Skilled in the used of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Knowledgeable in MRP Systems - Oracle/SAP
Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
