Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Gathers requirements from users and client partners for design and solutions purposes
• Assists clients based on requirements provided and/or gathered
• Writes documentation such as Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents
• Creates project plans and work breakdown structures
• Attends on-site meeting and regular conference calls
• Configures client-specific system using company proprietary development tools (Decision Studio)
• Develop and maintains test plans and ensuring projects adhere to the company's standard of
excellence
• Trains new employees of the company's product and services when the need arises
• Troubleshoot bugs and issues that may occur post-delivery
• Ensure that the systems are coded in line with the best practices
Qualifications:
• Graduate of 4-year Computer/IT-related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Mastery of the English language (written and spoken) is a must to be considered for the position
• Understands Software Development Life Cycle System Analysis and Design, Business Analysis,
and Project Management
• Strong logical and analytical skills
• Good time management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects/priorities
• Ability to develop strong working relationship with colleagues and the customers
• Required Skills: SQL, XML, Microsoft Office
• Experience with Application Servers and Webservices
• Experience with Credit Risk Management tools (e.g. Decision Engine)
• Willing to work on hybrid set-up, in US time (night shift) or shifting schedule
Requirements
