JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy
 Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning
solution sales strategies
 Work through leads to Sales on CRM
 Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system
 Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.
 Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
 Hire, coach and lead a high-performing team members.
 Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
 Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
 Works with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales
 Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients
 Good communication and presentation skills
 Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious and competitive
 IT and HR background is a plus
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
