₱ 25,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
1. Accounting Operations
 Ensure all transactions are properly recorded every month end (prior closing)
 Oversee completeness of the books of accounts (i.e. GL, AP and AR)
 Monitor monthly bank reconciliations and ensure proper take up of reconciled cash items
 Ascertain completeness and accuracy of recorded Treasury-related transactions such as
loans, interest and money market
 Ensure regular update of fixed asset lapsing schedule
2. Financial reporting
 Review registers and entries prior to posting to general ledger
 Ascertain complete, accurate and correct trial balance at all times
 Immediate resolution and abnormal balances in trial balance
 Timely preparation and submission of financial report package and corresponding
schedules
 Ensure regulatory compliance
 Coordinate with external and internal auditor for the completion of audit
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
