Responsible to design, develop, execute and deliver the HR reports and analytics and insights generation as well as HR digitalization and project management. It will require analyzation and interpretation of data as a support to the objectives of the Human Resource Division and the business.
Job Description:
Manage the HR reporting in responding to ad hoc data requests
Collect data and prepare reports, graphs and statistics of the HR Operations
Build HR Dashboard in preparation for the BOD and Mancom reporting
Analyze HR data to support the executive leadership in identifying business challenges and influencing changes to the process and procedures
Lead the implementation and cascade of the processes to ensure accuracy of the reports
Provide the insight analysis in interpreting the information being presented in the reports provided
Report any findings to the HR Head by presenting validated artifacts on a monthly/quarterly/annual period
Collaborate with the HR Leadership and external leadership in building connections and collecting relevant data/information
Participate and lead various HR projects as a support in consolidating and organizing data
Responsible in ensuring that Privacy Acts are being observe by the HR Team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related courses
Experience in HRIS and reporting modules is a preference
Excellent communication skills and keen to details
Knowledge or experience using data visualization tools is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel
Good in Data Management and Presentation Skills
Expert in analyzing complex and large data
Ability to work under pressure
