Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Valenzuela City.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Major Responsibilites:
Prepares and issues disciplinary actions as necessary
Facilitates employee relations programs such as Monday Assembly, Summer Outing, Christmas Party, Monthly birthday celebrants, etc.
Process approved cash advances/financial assistance made by employees
Processes documents of separating employees i.e. clearance, final pay, quitclaim.
Process delisting from HMI and the like.
Handles incoming mails and other materials.
Assists in facilitating and documenting training programs, internal and external training contract, logistical requirements for internal training, etc.
Facilitates renewal and issuance of company uniforms, safety shoes, etc.
Prepares and issues Certificate of Understanding for employees receiving helmet, jacket, knee pads, safety gloves, elbow pads.
Facilitates garbage collection and payment.
Maintains Accountability Form of employees (laptop, cellphone, and other gadgets)
Facilitates Globe payment and pre paid cards.
Facilitates enrollment and payment for HMI/BPI
Maintains and monitors Lockers of Main and Annex
Processes per diem of employees, field personnel incentives, hazard pay, professional fee of doctor
Prepares Car Agreement.
Prepares Notice of Personnel Action (NPA) to document transfers, salary adjustments, and the like.
In Charge of monitoring of barracks, stay in, agreement.
In charge of utilities monitoring.
Request of forms, office supplies for HRAD
Facilitates PLDT/Bayantel and Meralco reporting.
