WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Take ownership of existing programs with a view to optimize and driving efficiency
· Act as a key point of contact for the Operations team
· Build and deliver change programs
· Develop and build partnerships with internal teams
· Assist in the administration of Knowledge Base platforms
· Drive improvements
· Develop and implement scalable frameworks for ongoing content quality and customer experience initiatives, such as content audits
· Be at the forefront of large-scale content technology initiatives, continuously seeking new ways to increase ROI
· Take responsibility for managing complex projects with multiple workstreams.
WHO YOU ARE
· Generalist HR background with project exposure
· Strong proficiency in both verbal and written English and editing skills
· Technology savvy, self-starter with a passion for project work, leading and driving initiatives
· Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
· Experience managing projects and programs, [SM1] designing and launching new processes or tools
· Comfortable communicating with and tailoring messages to audiences of different levels
· Ability to consult, collaborate and interview specialists to translate and simplify messages for a specific group
· Strong Proficiency with MS Office 365, (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) experience with document formatting and file management
· Strong business insight and judgment to navigate ambiguity and lead through change in a fast-paced environment with strong written and oral communication skills
- With experience in traditional project management is a high plus!
