JOB SUMMARY:
Preferably with a background in KPI-based performance management.
Skilled in conducting Training Needs Analysis.
Experienced in evaluating training programs effectively.
With a background in Balanced Score Card Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.
Proven expertise in KPI-based performance management and employee development.
Willing to be assigned in Mabolo Cebu City.
