Job Description
Responsibilities:
Development, upgrade and conduct of ICS’ staple training programs like: New Hires Orientation, Customer Service, Core Values Workshop, Solutions Selling, Telemarketing Training; Telephone Courtesy, etc.;
Design & conduct of other soft skills training interventions needed by the organization after a thorough TNA & followed by post-training evaluation;
Coordination with training companies for public and in house training conducted by external facilitators; and
Managing employee events
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Business, Social Science, Psychology, Human Resource or any related course
Minimum of 3 years as a Facilitator or Training Instructor
Knowledge & exposure in all areas of the training cycle & adult learning principles
Detail oriented and has very good interpersonal relations
Effective in oral & written communication
