JOB SUMMARY:
Training Coordinator responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Training Coordinators are responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Map out annual training plans for management, HR, customer support and more
2. Coordinate all training programs to department heads and talent development team.
3. Plan and provide schedules for training activities.
4. Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
5. Provide training bond and related forms to all trainees.
6. Conduct a weekly orientation for new employees.
7. Provide On-Boarding checklist to all employees.
8. Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session
9. Assess the effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
10. Provide E-learning modules and monitor results.
11. Perform other duties that may be assigned by Compensation and Benefits Head.
Requirements:
1. Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field
2. Effective verbal and listening communication skills
3. Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
4. MS Office proficiency
