· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field
· At least 5-8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
· Required Skill(s): training and development , client management, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, project management , budgeting
· Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
· Organized and has good time management skills
· Enthusiastic and passionate with a good attitude
Job Responsibilities:
· Assesses future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
· Conducts effective induction and orientation sessions
· Monitors and evaluate training program's effectiveness and success
· Provides opportunities for ongoing development
· Resolves any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
· Maintains a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
· Creates and manage training budgets
· Aligns training with the organization's goals
· Teaches training methods and skills to instructors and supervisors
· Updates training programs to ensure that they are relevant
· Implements various learning methods and programs companywide
