Perform/Support day to day administration of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications (HR Case/Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center (Portal), Enterprise Onboarding, Employee Document Management and/or Performance and/or Performance Analytics for HR)
Technical understanding of ServiceNow, Core HR Service configuration and processes.
Technical understanding of ServiceNow Employee Portal and knowledge management configuration.
Functional understanding of Integrations for both inbound and out bound services.
Coordinate with your HR Technology Consultant/Lead and assist when new ServiceNow patches/releases are applied to instances
Work with business users to identify and refine HR business requirements, workflows, etc.
Providing ServiceNow HR assistance including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup
Responsible for timely issue identification and resolution according to established SLAs.
Provide support for case management.
Hands on execution of change requests including build and unit testing of configurations.
Identify improvement opportunities and develop and implement process improvements. Includes documenting and communicating processes with HR Technology Consultant/Lead
Liaison with HR Service Center regularly as well as keep closely engaged with the COEs to review new issues and concerns, provide guidance and support of timely resolution
Provide support for ServiceNow project as well as run and maintain post go live.
Qualifications
Preferred 3-5 years' experience in technical support and configuration for ServiceNow HR
Has strong knowledge and experience of service center or related BPO service
Has strong HR processing and background, if has knowledge or experience in Workday will be benefit
Flexible to work in variable shift
Has strong interpersonal skill and English communication
